AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • 100 % complete full project responsibility.
  • Working with a team in harmony to build a successful project.
  • Daily clean up of construction site or as needed.
  • Provide assistance in areas, such as Duro-Last, Concrete work, Metal Building erection, Wood Framing etc:
  • Relationships and image
  • Project safety
  • Open communication with Management

SUPERVISOR: Superintendant
COORDINATES WITH: Field Crews

RECEIVES SUPPORT FROM:

Supervisor
Foreman
Field Crews

Full Charge Technician Standards / Job Requirements

  1. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete all areas outlined for this position in a satisfactory manner. Listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities necessary to meet the minimum job requirements. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  2. Knows, uses, and adept at construction methods, procedures, techniques, print reading, and contracting.
  3. Experience, 3yrs background in basic construction methods.
  4. Fully responsible for complete compliance with all safety rules and regulations
    • Company Manual
    • OSHA 10 Hr Online Course
  5. Accurately, proficiently, and timely prepares:
      • Daily Timecard with the project Foreman
      • Able to give input to value engineer project
  6. Continually upgrading with education and training as needed for safety and construction methods.
  7. Enroll in a apprenticeship training program if program becomes available.
  8. Insures that construction meets or exceeds plans, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, latest project changes, goals, and objectives.
  9. Making sure the work is done right the first time, with no corrections.
  10. Being accountable for the work you are required of and gradually move into a project manager position.
  11. Complete satisfaction from the customer on our service and value.
